Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only.  If you have an emergency situation, please call to let us know the circumstances, and we will be
ready for you when you arrive.  Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection and the safety of others all dogs must be on a leash or in a kennel and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam
rooms.

Emergency & Urgent Care

We do limited emergency work.  We have a doctor on call to take phone calls, but because we are not fully staffed the doctor will help you determine if your pet can be seen by us or if you need to be referred to an emergency clinic.  We refer our emergencies to Animal Emergency and Referral Center in Oakdale, MN which is approximately 45 min. from Menomonie or to Allied Emergency Veterinary Service in Eau Claire, WI.

Payments

Hoof and Paw Veterinary Clinic accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Care Credit. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.

We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

Discounts

Hoof and Paw Veterinary Clinic offers discounted services to senior citizens and members of the military.
